At Vivianly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all accessories to ensure the item remains in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
